Panorama interviewed 119 favelas spread across all regions of Brazil. Fifty-one municipalities were mapped.

The Climate Panorama is the first study in the country dedicated to listening to communities that have been made invisible in relation to the climate crisis.
It launches an urgent debate on the current scale of the climate crisis and invites civil society, government, and academics to deepen discussions on combating the impacts of this crisis and the urgency of new actions that prioritize the most affected territories.O Panorama Climático é um primeiro estudo do país dedicado a ouvir comunidades invisibilizadas em relação a crise climática.
ORGANIZER
TETO is an independent, non-partisan, and non-profit organization that has been working in Brazil since 2006 to overcome poverty in the country’s most marginalized favelas. Through volunteer mobilization and collaboration with community residents, TETO promotes housing and habitat projects to develop self-managed communities and facilitate social transformation in historically marginalized and underrepresented areas.
